Wednesday was the last day of school. The kids were happy. We told the kids we were going to a restaurant and hopped into the car. We were in the car 58 minutes before they realized we werent going to Firehouse. We had packed over night bags and snuck them into the car. We drove to Chattanooga. They of course were excited about a little trip.
Thursday morning we headed over to the Aquarium.
We looked at Stingray and Logan was brave enough to pet one.
The girls tried to catch Butterflies in the butterfly garden.
Logan made friends with a few penguins.
We tried to leave them in this shark divers cage.
But these two kids wouldn't allow it.
We headed over to the park and saw an old River boat.
Aubrey enjoyed a shoulder ride from Henry and rubbed his "scratchies" on his face.
We walked over an old bridge that is now a pedestrian only bridge.
They even had a old carousel ride at the park that we rode for $1 each
It was a beautful Sunny day and we were all glad we had our sunglasses on.
We were home in Knoxville just a little over 24 hours later.

Pardon me boys....did you take the choo choo too? What a fun trip. Wish we could have done it with you! How grown up the kids all look. Way to go Logan. One of these days I'll tell him about eating sting ray!
